The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) mandates certain businesses to report their beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury (USDT). In other words, they want to know who owns every business, especially those incorporated in a state that hides that information such as Delaware, Nevada, and Wyoming. If your business was in operation before December 31, 2023, this report is due by January 1st, 2025. Businesses created after January 1, 2024, must file within 90 days of creation or registration.
Would you like our help to comply with the USDT Corporate Transparency Act reporting? Please fill out this form for us to file your FinCEN report. We will send you an invoice for the $250.00 fee (per business) that must be paid before we submit your information to the USDT for you.

Announcement: CTA FinCen delayed!
A court in TX declared this unconstitutional, and it is now being reviewed by the US Supreme Court. That means the deadline of January 1st to file for your business has been delayed. We will let you know when this changes.
