Remember, we are located in Northern Colorado, and we often hold meetings via Zoom. But we do offer appointments in Denver, Cheyenne, Colorado Springs and beyond as our schedule allows, and more often during tax season. To find out when we might be in your area, please send us an email first and we’ll let you know when we plan to be there.

For specialty appointments such as Tax Strategy sessions, Light Keeper CFO strategy and business meetings, please send us a message and we will send you a special e-mail with the scheduling options.

  • One (or two) Hours: Perfect for bookkeeping, accounting, business planning or tax strategy appointments.

Let’s get you on our schedule for taxes. Use this for either your initial tax appointment of the year, or to review your taxes or estimated tax payments anytime throughout the year.

Xero Training *
We offer monthly Xero training sessions online, to help you keep your accounting up to date throughout the year. Got a question about how to make your accounting work right? Let us know and we’ll try to cover the answer.

After Hours *
All work and no play can make accounting very boring. Need to meet with me but none of the other appointments above fit, or do you have something fun to do? Adult beverages and dancing are not necessary but are appreciated.
